On November 29, 2017, Dr. Huang Jianhui from Shenzhen Huayu International Certification Co., Ltd（Hereinafter referred to as“Huayu International”）, has been present in the kick-off meeting of automotive aftermarket quality management series standards in the Shanghai Frankfurt Auto-parts Exhibition.

The project was jointly promoted by a number of international and domestic automobile market stakeholders including Huayu International and Shenzhen Shentou Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd（Hereinafter referred to as“Shentou”）.

11月29日，“汽車(chē)后市場(chǎng)質(zhì)量管理的系列標準”項目在上海法蘭克福汽車(chē)零配件展會(huì )會(huì )議期間正式啟動(dòng)，深圳市華宇國際認證有限公司（下稱(chēng)：華宇國際）黃建輝博士出席此次項目啟動(dòng)會(huì )。據悉該項目由華宇國際與深圳市申投供應鏈管理股份有限公司等多個(gè)國際和國內汽車(chē)后市場(chǎng)利益相關(guān)方聯(lián)合推出。

According to the IATF16949 application explicated by IATF, the standard is only applicable to the OE supporting supply chain organizations, but not to aftermarket ones.

Between the aftermarket and the OE supply chain, there has been a big difference in the organizational form, production scale and product line, as well as the potential risks caused by the enterprise's strength, capability level and product characteristics between enterprises.

For the diversified aftermarket, no uniform and applicable quality management system standard, has been resulted with low quality assurance capability and high risk.

據IATF對IATF16949質(zhì)量管理體系標準的應用范圍說(shuō)明，該標準只是針對汽車(chē)整車(chē)制造配套的供應鏈，僅服務(wù)于后市場(chǎng)產(chǎn)品的企業(yè)是不可以申請IATF16949認證。汽車(chē)后市場(chǎng)因企業(yè)的組織形式、生產(chǎn)規模、產(chǎn)品線(xiàn)等都與OE配套供應鏈存在較大差別，不同企業(yè)之間也因企業(yè)實(shí)力、能力水平及不同產(chǎn)品特性所帶來(lái)的潛在風(fēng)險等存在很大差異。龐大且多樣化的后市場(chǎng)缺乏一個(gè)統一、適用的質(zhì)量管理體系標準，在一定程度上造成后市場(chǎng)企業(yè)的質(zhì)量保障能力參差不齊，給客戶(hù)帶來(lái)嚴峻的質(zhì)量風(fēng)險。

Alliance of Automotive Aftermarket Quality Assurance （AAAQA）has been found by some international and domestic automobile market stakeholders including Huayu International and Shentou, focusing on implementing a uniform and applicable quality management system standard for the aftermarket.

AAAQA aims at providing information services for members based on supplier quality data though developing Automotive Aftermarket Quality Management System (QMS) Standard and Automotive Aftermarket Quality Assurance Capability Assessment Standard.

基于為汽車(chē)后市場(chǎng)開(kāi)發(fā)、推廣一套統一、適用的質(zhì)量管理體系標準的目的，華宇國際與深圳市申投供應鏈管理有限公司等多國買(mǎi)家、產(chǎn)品認證監管機構等利益相關(guān)方發(fā)起成立“汽車(chē)后市場(chǎng)質(zhì)量保障聯(lián)盟（AAAQA）”，希望通過(guò)聯(lián)盟的努力在全球汽車(chē)后市場(chǎng)建立質(zhì)量保障能力評價(jià)系統和機制，為聯(lián)盟成員提供基于供應商質(zhì)量數據的信息服務(wù)。

Based on ISO9001 and combined with the aftermarket characters, the standard adds some special requirements like for safety parts suppliers, functional parts suppliers, etc., and different requirements for the quality management capabilities.

Though the factor level evaluation method, the effective evaluation of the quality assurance capability could help customers make a reasonable assessment and choice.
