Authority & Responsibility權限和職責:
1.Be the customers’ primary contact on project and related activities, and assist to provide full project management and follow-up services to customers.

2.Daily communication with customers on project status for the in-charge program.
在自己負責的項目中,每天與客戶(hù)溝通項目狀態(tài)。
3.Handle daily testing applications for clients.
為客戶(hù)處理每天的測試申請。
4.Coordination and monitoring on all developmental projects.
協(xié)調并掌控所有進(jìn)行中的項目。
5.Assist to review test criteria given by customer and study the feasibility of standard operation procedures. Assist to formulate Quality Assurance program for customer.
審核由客戶(hù)提供的測試標準,研究標準操作程序的可行性。為客戶(hù)制定品質(zhì)保證方案。
6.Assist to review projects with technical staff. Assist to resolve technical problems with customers and internal staff.
協(xié)助技術(shù)人員審核項目。幫助客戶(hù)和內部員工解決技術(shù)問(wèn)題。
7.Work with agency, vendors and internal staffs to ensure all tests and documentation meet customer expectation with on-time delivery.

8.In-depth review and preparation for customer samples and documents such as weekly test status summary, proof set / mass production sample review and documentation. Work closely with Manufacturing Engineer in all key milestones to enhance customer product quality fulfillment.

9.Check, review test records and reports.

10.Accomplish the assignment given by manager or top management.

Education, Experience and Qualifications 學(xué)歷、經(jīng)驗及資格要求:
1.University Degree in a related disciplines plus generally 2 years of directly 3rd party related Lab working experience.
相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)大學(xué)學(xué)歷,2年第三方實(shí)驗室相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗
2.Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Internet, e-mail, CET-6, daily oral English communication skill
熟練使用辦公軟件,英文讀寫(xiě)看往來(lái)溝通郵件, 基本日常英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)溝通能力
3.Demonstrated written, oral and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of in-house staff and clients. Must be able to identify problems and offer workable solutions.
